The Details of Making Sweet Potato Starch

As we all know, during the potato starch manufacturing process, cleaning, crushing and filtering are important steps to ensure the taste of starch. The first step is to clean and wash away the soil. After thorough grinding and fine filtration, the crude fiber and potato dregs in the wet starch can be effectively removed. But many users ignore a small detail. Why remove the silt?

The removal of starch sediment is for the taste and quality of the final product. Food must be clean. Through the desander and desilter, the sediment impurities in the starch material can be completely removed.

 

1. Desander

It is used to remove the sand that feels like flour in the starch original pulp, and is used in series with a 3-stage cyclone to remove the sand that feels like flour in the starch step by step. The whole machine is made of stainless steel.

 

2. Desilter

It is used to remove the the mud that feels like flour in the starch original pulp and it is also used for fruit pulp desanding, river water, well water desanding, liquid-solid separation, etc. It is used in parallel with the 6-stage hydrocyclone to ensure that each level has the same feeding conditions, and the surface sand in the starch can be removed at the same time. In addition to the stainless steel structure of the whole machine, the connection part uses imported hard plastic pipe, and there is also the pressure gauge with the continuous operation of highly efficient.
