Indonesia is a large agricultural country. It crosses the equator and is tropical. It does not produce wheat, so the staple food for residents is rice, corn or potatoes. Typical tropical rainforest climate, the average annual temperature of 25-27 °C, no four seasons. The weather is humid, rainy, and there is sufficient sunshine. The crop growth cycle is short. The crops are also cultivated mainly by rice, corn, cassava, and other potatoes.
According to the unique tropical climate characteristics, Indonesia's annual temperature is maintained at around 27°C, with abundant sunshine, deep soil, and advanced agriculture. Cassava, which is a high-temperature, cold-cold crop, is growing well in Indonesia and has a high tuber starch content and rapid starch processing.
In 2011, the Indonesian Agriculture and Fisheries Cooperative selected the partners of the cassava starch production line through open bidding and invited globally competent starch machinery manufacturers to participate in the bidding. Nanyang Goodway Machinery Equipment Co., Ltd. of Henan Province, as a well-known potato/ cassava processing equipment manufacturing enterprise in China, received an invitation email from the Indonesian side for bid invitations and was pleased to actively participate in the bidding of the project.
GOODWAY industry machinery factory in 1991, has decades of professional cassava starch processing equipment manufacturing experience, its product line is rich in categories, superior quality. After months of hard work, Goodway Cassava Machinery has demonstrated its strong overall strength with its professional and powerful scientific research capabilities and high-performance processing equipment. In May 2012, the Indonesian representative Mr. Induk-Kud came to Goodway cassava industry workshop to inspect the equipment.
On July 16, 2012, after detailed communication and confirmation of details such as delivery time, mode, and after-sales protection, the two parties signed a contract to purchase a cassava starch production line with a capacity of 0.5 tons at Nanyang.
On October 1, 2012, prior to the contractual delivery time, Goodway's workshop workers completed overtime work on the cassava starch production line to ensure the quality and quantity of equipment. The entire packaged car was sent to the Qingdao International Port. The contract requires that land and sea transport be completed. This trip was first transported by sea to the port of Jakarta, the capital of Indonesia. It was then shipped by land to the site of the Indonesian Agricultural Fishery Cooperative for follow-up construction and equipment installation and commissioning.
