3. Production process:
1. Cleaning section: Multi-stage cleaning equipment washes the skin of potato raw materials to fully remove surface sediment, particulate matter and other impurities.
2. Crushing, sieving and filtering section: using Gu Dewei's patented product - Qunet extruded potato pulverizer for pulverization, the free starch filtration rate is as high as 98%.
3. Sand remover: This step determines the taste of the finished starch and the quality of the starch. Remove traces of grit that is missing during the cleaning process; ensure adequate removal of sediment in the starch.
4. Starch cyclone station: separation of non-starch substances such as yellow powder, oil powder and pectin in starch. Improve starch quality, starch whiteness, and starch accuracy.
5. Dehydration and drying section: high dehydration rate, fluffy material, small water content; good drying effect, effectively avoiding starch gelatinization.
